10:30 a.m. - Sunday Worship
This Sunday, we join our story with the story of the Central Pacific Conference of the UCC, sharing in the scriptures, theme, and a reflection activity from our recent CPC Annual Gathering in Boise, Idaho. Drawing from the Gospel of Luke, a reading from author and theologian Dr. Randy Woodley, and a poem from Conference Minister Rev. Tyler Connoley, we’ll explore our own stories of land, ancestry, and history and how we carry those stories with us today. How can our stories help us create deeper connection, belonging, and hope for the world we live in today? Associate Pastor Averyn Payne will lead a special children’s moment as we begin the first day of church school, and we’ll receive the Neighbors in Need Special Offering of the UCC. Hope to see you onsite or online on Sunday.
