Associate Pastor for Faith Development & Intergenerational Ministries (Ordination Required):
Lake Oswego United Church of Christ (LOUCC) is a progressive, vibrant congregation with deep commitments to inclusion, social justice, and sharing God’s love within and beyond our community. LOUCC is seeking to hire a half-time (20-22 hours per week) Designated Term Associate Pastor for Faith Development and Intergenerational Ministries. The Associate Pastor will work collaboratively with the Pastor, the Faith Development Team, and church leadership to nurture faith for children, youth, and families and strengthen our intergenerational church community. The Associate Pastor reports to the Pastor, who will provide general supervision and oversight. We seek someone who is collaborative and action-oriented, willing to think outside the box and experiment with new approaches, and passionate about our church’s commitments to progressive and inclusive Christian faith. This is a two-year designated term position.

Director of Faith Development and Intergenerational Ministries:
Progressive, vibrant, inclusive, suburban church seeks enthusiastic Director of Faith Development and Intergenerational Ministries to help nurture faith for children, youth, and families and strengthen our intergenerational church community. Responsibilities include supporting our faith development program for infants through high schoolers; building relationships with children, youth, and families; designing and implementing intergenerational faith formation programs, and regular communications with congregants and volunteers. The successful candidate will be collaborative and action-oriented, passionate about working with all ages, especially children and youth; have successful experience coordinating and leading Christian Education; be committed to inclusive, progressive Christian faith; and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This is a part-time (22 hours per week), salaried position for two years, with the possibility of renewal.
