are welcome in this "family" we call the Lake Oswego United Church of
Christ!
We are an inclusive family of many diverse members, from a mix of
backgrounds and heritages, a variety of orientations and lifestyles,
with many different callings and gifts.
We are based in Lake Oswego, but our members gather from a number of
communities.
We have a particular denominational tie, but we find that we are in
actuality a "community church," as people from a whole host of
traditions --- Methodists, Presbyterians, Catholics, Lutherans,
Baptists, Episcopalians, and others --- have come to call this place
their home.
The prosperous and the needy, the schooled and the self-educated, all
blend and celebrate each other's company as a part of this people.
No one is a number here. Everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, can
get specialized attention.

everyone's face,
everyone's needs, mean something to us.
